Salon Protocol

Please be patient with us. Due to the many guidelines we have to follow, we are only allowed to do one client at a time, therefore,  our available appt times are cut by half. 💇‍♀️💇‍♂️

We ask that you DO NOT book an appointment if you are feeling ill🤢,  running a fever🤒, have a cough, cold🤧, or flu like symptoms, have been out of the province within the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone who is, or may be sick.🥵

Each client that books an appointment MUST be on time. We ask that no one show up early, and definitely, do not be late. Because of the need to keep interaction between people to a minimum, and the sanitation that is required between clients...we all need to respect the time slot that has been booked specifically for you. ⏰


All clients and staff are required to wear a face mask😷. If you do not have a face mask we will have some available.  We don't want anyone to be "speaking moistly" on one  another.😉 


Although gloves are not required , we will be providing hand sanitizer, and ask that you use it upon entering the salon. 🤚


 You will also have a screening form to fill out so we have a record for contact tracing. 📝

If your child is in need of a haircut, we ask that only one parent accompany them👩‍👦. If you are a spouse /caregiver bringing a loved one ❤️ for an appt, , we kindly ask you to wait in your car and we will notify you when your loved one is ready as we are not allowed to have a waiting area at this time. 

No outside food our drink is permitted at this time. You are allowed to have a personal travel cup or bottle of water with you if necessary.
